The hotel is located right on the beautiful lake with breathtaking views. the rooms are kept very clean and the staff is accommodating and helpful. Guests have praised the friendly and children-friendly service. the breakfast is delicious with a good variety of items.

One guest encountered problems with the Wi-Fi.

I loved the fine views of the lake from my room. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was really clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. Plus, the hotel facilities were great, including free parking and easy transportation to the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is absolutely stunning, right on the beautiful Lake of Locarno. It was so wonderful to wake up to gorgeous views of the lake from my room. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide selection of tasty options to choose from.

Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from and everything was delicious and fresh. All in all, this hotel provided excellent value for money, with its beautiful location, attentive service, and great breakfast.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic - it's close to the center of town and right on the beautiful Lake of Locarno. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, with a clear view of the lake right outside my window. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, I found the breakfast to be delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

Great location right by the lake with beautiful views. Got to enjoy the Christmas market and the lights around the town. Rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant.

The biggest downfall was the lack of amenities, specifically air conditioning. The room was too hot and made it difficult to sleep.

Absolutely beautiful location with stunning views of the lake. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make our romantic escape special. We really enjoyed the delicious food and the well-stocked bar. the rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable with charming decor.

The rooms were a bit small and lacked some modern amenities. We were disappointed that we couldn't eat in our room when we wanted to, but we understand that is a hotel policy.
